Amanda Serrano will defend her unified WBA and WBO featherweight titles against Lucrecia Manzur on August 21 at Pechanga Resort Casino in Temecula, California.
Serrano (49-4-1, 32 KOs) will also attempt to set the all-time record for career knockouts by a female boxer. She currently shares the record of 32 with Christy Martin after stopping Cheyenne Hanson in two rounds last May.

Manzur (14-4, 7 KOs) enters as the WBO’s No. 2 contender and will challenge Serrano in a bout scheduled for 12 two-minute rounds.
The fight is being billed as the first unified women’s world championship contest held over that distance. Serrano previously defeated Danila Ramos over 12 three-minute rounds in 2023.
The event will headline a Most Valuable Promotions card and is expected to be broadcast live on TikTok LIVE.
Serrano already holds world titles across seven weight divisions and remains one of the most decorated fighters in women’s boxing history.
