The IBF, WBC, and WBO featherweight titleholder Amanda “The Real Deal” Serrano (43-2-1, 30 KO) is set to take on WBA champion Erika “ Dinamita” Cruz (15-1, 3 KO) for the undisputed featherweight championship at the Hulu Theater in New York on DAZN.
If Serrano triumphs, she will become the first Puerto Rican, male or female, to hold all seven divisional titles and become the division's uncontested champion.
In September of 2022, Amanda Serrano won by unanimous decision over the undefeated world champion Sarah Mahfoud of Denmark. Previous to that she had a historic bout with Irish superstar Katie Taylor, in which the two created history as the first women to headline at the renowned Gardens.
Erika Cruz, also a southpaw under Cesar Bellic's management, won the WBA title in April of 2021 in New York by outlasting Canadian Jelena Mrdjenovich, a former two-division world champion.
In the co-main event, WBC, IBO, WBO, and IBF women's super-featherweight title holder Alycia “The Bomb” Baumgardner (13-1, 7 KOs) challenges Elhem "The Diamond" Mekhaled (15-1, 3 KOs) for the undisputed world super-featherweight championship.
