Navarrete unified the division earlier this year by stopping Eduardo Nuñez after 10 rounds. The three-division champion had previously returned to super featherweight after an unsuccessful lightweight title bid and stopped Oscar Valdez in their rematch.
Foster regained the WBC title from Robson Conceição in November 2024 and has since added victories over Stephen Fulton Jr. and Raymond Ford.
The 10-round co-feature will see unbeaten featherweight Albert “Chop Chop” Gonzalez (18-0, 11 KOs) face former two-time world title challenger Edward Vazquez (20-3, 6 KOs). Gonzalez has scored three stoppage victories in 2026, including a second-round knockout of Aaron Alameda, while Vazquez enters after three consecutive wins.
Frank Martin (19-1-1, 13 KOs) will also make his Top Rank debut in a 10-round super lightweight contest against an opponent still to be announced. Martin has recorded a stoppage of former world champion Rances Barthelemy since moving to 140 pounds and fought Nahir Albright to a draw in February.
