Floyd Masson (born 1 December 1991) is a New Zealand-Australian professional boxer who competes in the cruiserweight division. Born in Te Awamutu, New Zealand, Masson enjoyed a successful amateur career before turning professional in 2018, later establishing himself as one of Australia's leading cruiserweights.
After relocating to Australia, Masson won the Australian Golden Gloves as an amateur before beginning his professional career in Perth. He steadily climbed the domestic ranks, capturing the ANBF Australasian and Australian cruiserweight titles, earning recognition for his victory over former world title challenger Mark Flanagan.
In April 2023, Masson reached the pinnacle of his career by defeating Fabio Turchi via unanimous decision to win the vacant IBO cruiserweight world title. Although he lost the belt in his first defense against Yves Ngabu, he returned from injury to defeat Joshua Francis, challenged top contender Mateusz Masternak, and later claimed the IBF Pan Pacific cruiserweight title with a stoppage victory over John Parker, followed by a unanimous decision win against Johan Linde.
