Three-division champion Yokasta Valle has signed with Most Valuable Promotions, a move unveiled at a hometown press conference in San José, Costa Rica alongside MVP co-founders Jake Paul and Nakisa Bidarian. Calling it “a new chapter,” Valle said the deal is bigger than her alone: a statement for Latin American women’s boxing that their stories “deserve to be on the biggest stages.”
Valle joins her unbeaten younger sister Naomy Valle on the MVP roster after two title reigns with Golden Boy. MVP hailed Yokasta as a trailblazer and pound-for-pound staple whose impact extends far beyond the ring, positioning the “Valle sisters” to continue a legacy of dominant siblings in women’s boxing. The company now touts ties to eight of the sport’s top-15 pound-for-pound fighters, including five in several outlets’ current top tens.

Already a champion at atomweight (102), strawweight (105) and junior flyweight (108) - with unified IBF/WBO runs at both 105 and 108 - Valle rebuilt swiftly after a fierce undisputed loss to Seniesa Estrada last March. She captured the vacant WBC 105lbs title on November 1 in Liberia, Costa Rica, then outpointed former lineal/unified flyweight champ Marlen Esparza on March 29 in Cancún - two divisions above her comfort zone, in a bout where Esparza missed weight badly.
Beyond the belts, Valle is the face of Costa Rican boxing and a business force - co-running Yoka Sports & Boxing Promotions with longtime manager Mario Vega, fronting major brands, and even launching her own “Yoka” perfume. “MVP has shown they believe in women and our ability to fill arenas and break barriers,” she said. “This new stage is for you… because together, we’re going to keep making history.”
