No Limit Boxing has confirmed that Tim Tszyu will return to the ring imminently as he looks to rebuild momentum in the junior middleweight division. Tszyu last fought on December 17, defeating Anthony Velazquez at a 157-pound catchweight, and his team say he emerged from the bout in good condition and eager to stay active.

According to No Limit’s George Rose, Tszyu would have been capable of fighting again as soon as 10 weeks after that win, but now Tszyu is preparing only for a return in late March or early April.

As part of those preparations, Tszyu is set to travel to Miami, Florida, to continue working with his new trainer Pedro Diaz. The aim is to have him fully ready once a date and opponent are finalized, with Rose stressing that activity will be a key theme for Tszyu throughout 2026.

Rose acknowledged that 2025 was a difficult year for the 31-year-old, marked by a world-title defeat after “putting it all on the line.” The win over Velazquez, he said, was the first step in rebuilding Tszyu’s standing and confidence within the division.

Looking ahead, No Limit intends to raise the level of opposition gradually. Rose confirmed that Tszyu’s next fight will represent “another step up,” building on his last performance, with an opponent announcement expected soon.
