Tyson Fury says his long-awaited fight with Anthony Joshua “doesn’t look like it’s going to happen” as disagreements continue over moving the event from the UK to New York.

Joshua and promoter Eddie Hearn signed a contract for the fight to take place in Britain, while Saudi organizers are pushing for Madison Square Garden in November.

“Doesn’t look like they’re going to sign the fight and it doesn’t look like it’s going to happen,” Fury said, accusing Hearn and Joshua of demanding more money.

Hearn says the main issue is compensation for Joshua because fighting in the United States would leave him earning less after tax than under the original UK agreement.

Matchroom has sent Sela a list of requested changes covering compensation and practical matters such as travel, accreditation and media arrangements. Hearn said they had yet to receive a response.

Fury, meanwhile, said he is prepared to move on and face another opponent if the Joshua fight cannot be finalized.
