Keith Thurman says he is confident he can stop Sebastian Fundora when they meet for the WBC super welterweight title tomorrow in Las Vegas.

The former unified welterweight champion pointed to moments in Fundora’s past as proof that the current titleholder is vulnerable. “Watching Fundora get knocked out means anybody can do it,” Thurman said. “No man is indestructible… I believe I have what it takes to finish off Sebastian Fundora.”

Fundora suffered his lone defeat against Brian Mendoza, despite leading the fight before being stopped by a single counter shot. He has since rebuilt his momentum and enters the bout as a more experienced champion.

Thurman, now 37, sees the fight as a crucial moment in his career after periods of inactivity. The bout headlines a Premier Boxing Champions event at the MGM Grand Garden Arena, with Thurman aiming to prove he still has the power and timing that defined his earlier success.
