The International Boxing Association (IBA) has made great progress toward the IBA Women's World Boxing Championships in New Delhi, India, with only 30 days left. The IBA event for women is scheduled to take place at the K.D. Jadhav Indoor Hall at the I.G. Sports Complex from March 15 to March 26, 2023.

The biannual women's main contests, which are being held in India for the third time in the event's history, are expected to draw more than 380 boxers from 74 different countries. The number of participants has already surpassed the most recent Women's World Championships, which featured 310 boxers from 73 different nations.

To provide women boxers from all around the world additional opportunities, the registration deadline for the forthcoming IBA Women's World Boxing Championships was extended to February 25, 2023. Athletes can be registered here by national federations.

Estelle Mossely (10-0, 1 KOs), a Frenchwoman who won the world and Olympic titles and is currently the IBO lightweight champion, will make her comeback at the event. In order to have a chance to replicate her success at the upcoming big championships in 2023–2024, the female boxing superstar won the national trials at 132 lbs.

The competition promises to be a remarkable display of the skills of female boxers and will give these athletes a platform to motivate younger generations. Numerous spectators and supporters from all around the world are anticipated to attend the competition.
