Robeisy Ramirez has officially ended his time as a free agent, signing with the newly formed Raizd Boxing as he looks to rebuild his career following a difficult stretch.
The two-time Olympic gold medalist and one of the most decorated amateurs of his generation, captured the WBO featherweight title in 2023 with a win over Isaac Dogboe before briefly establishing himself among the division’s top names.
However, momentum shifted quickly. Ramirez lost his title later that year to Rafael Espinoza and was stopped in their rematch in December 2024, leaving him at 14-3 as he stepped away from Top Rank and entered free agency.
This new deal marks a reset.
Raizd Boxing is still in its early stages, with its first event scheduled for May 29 in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. While Ramirez has not yet been officially confirmed for that card, his signing immediately gives the promotion credibility and a recognizable name to build around.
For Ramirez, the move is less about immediate title contention and more about direction. At 32, he still has the pedigree, experience, and skill set to return to the top - but after back-to-back setbacks, the priority now is activity and momentum.
