Keyshawn Davis is gearing up to return to the ring after a one-sided stoppage win over the former world champion Jose Pedraza.
Previously, the lightweight rising star finished the 15-year professional boxer to improve his perfect career record to 10-0, with 7 KOs. So now, Davis, who took the silver medal at the 2020 Olympics, is set to fight Miguel Madueno in a co-main event, whereas in the main event WBC lightweight champion Shakur Stevenson is to clash with Artem Harutyunyan on July 6 at the Top Rank on ESPN.

“It will be another great, crowd-pleasing fight from me,” said Davis in an interview. “He’s around the same age as me and not some old veteran. He’s never been stopped. He’s going to be a hard opponent who’s going to come fight. He’s going to bring the fight to me.”
Madueno won in a split decision against Justin Pauldo in February. The 10-round contest was on ProBox TV as the main event of the Wednesday Night Fights.
Davis expects to crush Madueno, just like he did against Pedraza by a technical knockout in the sixth round. “I wasn’t surprised. I knew what I was capable of. I was happy and thankful that it happened the way it did,” Davis said.
The magnificent 25-year-old is coached by Brian “Bomac” Mcintyre, reigning Trainer of the Year 2023. Davis will be a co-main for the second time in his 3-year professional career on a Stevenson card. He aims to headline a card in his home city of Norfolk, Virginia, later in the year. “It is a blessing to be around people like Shakur and Terence [Crawford] who also want to see you win. It is more than just boxing,” he said.
