Dana White has doubled down on his claim that he is involved in Tyson Fury vs. Anthony Joshua, despite Eddie Hearn and Frank Warren previously saying the fight cannot be promoted by him contractually.

Fury and Joshua have reportedly signed to fight later this year, but both still need to get through interim bouts first. Joshua is set to face Kristian Prenga on July 25, while Fury is preparing an announcement for his own warm-up fight. If both win, the long-awaited British heavyweight clash is expected in November.

White says he already knows where the fight will take place and suggested that his role is bigger than Hearn’s. “Have they announced where that fight is? I know where it is,” White said. “Watch what happens over the next 30 days.”

He also pushed back at the idea that he is exaggerating his involvement. “Do you think that I would publicly lie and then look like a f&^%ing idiot in front of everybody?” White said. “Call Eddie and ask him who negotiated the contract for the fight. It wasn’t him.”

Hearn has said both the UK and the US remain possible hosts, with Turki Alalshikh expected to make the final call.
