Two of Australia’s most exciting boxers, Nikita Tszyu and Liam Wilson, are set to co-headline a pay-per-view at Sydney’s Hordern Pavilion.
Tszyu (6-0, 5 KOs) is facing off against Jack Brubaker (17-4-2, 8 KOs). Interestingly, Brubaker will be the first opponent both Tszyu and his famed older brother, Tim, have faced.
Meanwhile, Wilson (11-2, 7 KOs) is making his comeback since a devastating knockout loss in his February bout for the WBO super-featherweight title. His opponent will be the undefeated Argentine, Carlos Alanis (12-0, 4 KOs).
The event wraps up a rigorous series of shows for No Limit Boxing, marking their fourth event in a mere six weeks. In one of three “No Limit on Fox” cards, Brubaker scored a closely contested victory over Troy O’Meley, earning his opportunity to face the youngest Tszyu.
After being stopped by Tim Tszyu in the fourth round back in 2019, Brubaker now aims to even the score against the Tszyu family, this time taking on Nikita in a headline event. Meanwhile, Nikita seeks to build upon his recent victory over the previously undefeated Ben Bommber, where he secured a first-round knockout, cementing his rising status in the super-welterweight division.
