Teremoana Teremoana will headline Matchroom Boxing’s latest Australian card against DeAndre Savage on August 12 at The Star Gold Coast in Queensland.
The unbeaten Australian Olympian enters at 11-0 with 11 knockouts and is coming off a first-round stoppage win over Bowie Tupou in April. Savage (11-1, 11 KOs) also brings a perfect knockout record in victory and last fought when he stopped Jefferson Troncoso in the first round in Colombia.

For Teremoana, the fight marks his first professional main event and another step toward his long-term heavyweight ambitions. “From the very beginning, the goal has always been the same - to become the heavyweight world champion,” he said.
The card will stream live on Kayo Sports in Australia and DAZN in the U.S., UK and other countries. Ticket information is expected to be announced shortly.
Michael Zerafa (34-5, 22 KOs) is also scheduled to make his Matchroom debut on the undercard after his January bout with Nikita Tszyu ended in a no decision following a clash of heads.
The show will also feature Jasmine Parr vs Jemma Peart in an all-Australian flyweight matchup, Lekaysha Woodbridge against Thailand’s Sothita Sitthichai, and super middleweight Jack Bowen, whose opponent is still to be announced.
