Bangkok will host a packed night of professional boxing this Saturday, December 27, as Highland Boxing Team stages a 14-bout event at World Siam Stadium. The card, titled Global Power, is scheduled to begin at 2:00 AM ET and features multiple regional title fights atop a busy lineup.
The main event will see Dario Socci (18-8-2, 8 KOs) challenge Thailand’s Rattawut Thongaram (11-5, 9 KOs) for the WBO Oriental middleweight title. The 10-round contest at 160 pounds headlines the show and represents a significant opportunity for both fighters on a regional championship stage.
Another belt will also be on the line on the main card, as undefeated Yiğit Yazici (9-0, 7 KOs) takes on Mohd Azahar (14-7-2, 11 KOs) for the WBC Asian Continental super welterweight title. That bout is scheduled for eight rounds at 154 pounds and serves as one of the event’s key supporting attractions.
The card also includes a heavyweight clash between Rad Rashid (24-10, 20 KOs) and unbeaten Jaipal Singh (6-0, 4 KOs), alongside a featherweight bout featuring Leboy Atencio (6-1, 3 KOs) against Saw Thank Zin (3-1, 3 KOs).
