The streaming platform DAZN is adding a new prospect-focused series to its boxing schedule. The series, hosted by Overtime Boxing (OTX), an Atlanta-based sports media company, will feature more than 30 newly signed fighters. The matches will take place every Friday in August, with all bouts airing live from the OTE (Overtime Elite) Arena in Atlanta.
In the main event, Kurt “Scooby” Scoby (12-0, 10 KOs) steps into the ring against the formidable Narciso Carmona (11-0-1, 6 KOs). Can Scoby assert his dominance or will Carmona leave an indelible mark on the canvas?
The co-main event promises to be just as thrilling, with Money Powell (13-1, 8 KOs) going toe-to-toe with Shawn McCalman (13-0, 7 KOs).
The undercard will also witness the talents of Javon Campbell (12-1, 10 KOs) as he takes on Lorenzo Parra (22-1, 17 KOs) in a bout that has fight enthusiasts buzzing. The women’s feature is set to sizzle as Leanna Cruz (5-0, 0 KOs) squares off against Maryguenn Vellinga (4-3-2, 2 KOs) in a display of finesse and ferocity. Asa Stevens (4-0, 2 KOs), with determination in his eyes, will be trading blows with D’Angelo Hopgood (2-1, 2 KOs). To round off the undercard, Javier Zamarron (4-0, 3 KOs) will be up against the energetic Sebastian Santiago-Fernandez (0-1, 0 KOs).
