Fight Details

Young boxing sensation Adam Azim (9-0, 6 KOs) is set to face EBU European Super Lightweight Champion Franck Petitjean (24-6-3, 6 KOs) in Wolverhampton, live on Sky Sports and DAZN. Azim is aiming for European gold in just his tenth professional fight, while Petitjean is making the first defense of his second championship reign. Both fighters are eager to prove themselves, with Azim looking to follow in the footsteps of his idol “Prince” Naseem Hamed, and Petitjean aiming to return to France victorious.

The co-main event features EBU European Middleweight Champion Matteo Signani (32-6-3, 12 KOs) defending his title against Tyler Denny (17-2, 3 KOs). Signani, known as “Il Giaguaro” (The Jaguar), is an Italian veteran. He reclaimed his belt last November and has been on a winning streak since. Denny, a local favorite from Birmingham, has been on a career resurgence under the BOXXER banner. Both fighters are promising an intense bout, with Denny vowing that the belt will stay in the Midlands.

Ben Shalom, BOXXER CEO, praised both Azim and Denny for their incredible talent and potential. He highlighted Azim's rapid rise, stating that a win against Petitjean could open doors for world title opportunities next year. As for Denny, Shalom acknowledged his remarkable journey, from a boxer with untapped potential to the English middleweight champion now challenging for a European title.
