ProBox TV’s “Fight for Dignity” card lands at the Save Mart Center in Fresno on November 29, bringing together rising contenders, title hopefuls, and a vacant world championship bout in what promises to be a high-energy night for fans. Lightweight standouts Justin Pauldo (19-2, 9 KOs) and Nike Theran (20-1, 14 KOs) take center stage in a ten-round main event, each looking to push their career toward the next tier.
In one of the featured bouts, Muhammad Yaqubov (23-1, 12 KOs) meets Cristian Cruz Chacon (24-7-1, 12 KOs) in a ten-round super featherweight battle for the WBC USA Super Feather title, supervised by Deborah Hawkins. With Yaqubov continuing to build his case as a world-level contender, Cruz Chacon brings the kind of veteran experience that can disrupt any rising charge.
In the undercard, rising junior flyweight contender Erik Badillo takes on former world champion Elwin Soto. Badillo (18-0, 8 KOs) is positioned at the top of both the WBC and WBO rankings at 108 pounds and is coming off a July win over Gerardo Zapata in a WBC eliminator. Soto (21-3-1, 13 KOs) captured the WBO title in 2019 and made three defenses before suffering close back-to-back losses. Now ranked in the top 15 by both the WBO and WBC, he enters the fight unbeaten in his last three.
