Jean Pascal and Francis Lafrenière will meet on June 27 at the Colisée de Laval in a main event carrying both title stakes and personal meaning for Quebec boxing.
Pascal, a former world champion, will fight for the NABA Gold title as he looks to show he still has something left at a high level. For Lafrenière, the night will mark the final fight of his professional career.
The event is presented by BFROZ and produced by New Era Sports & Entertainment in collaboration with JPM Events. With Pascal’s name value and Lafrenière’s farewell, the show has the feel of a tribute night as much as a championship fight.
The card will also include nearly 20 professional and amateur bouts. Amateur fights begin at 3:30 PM, with the professional portion starting at 7:00 PM.
