The new main event in Plant City will feature a 10-round super middleweight bout between unbeaten Lester Martinez (15-0, 13 KOs) and Lucas de Abreu (14-3, 11 KOs). Martinez, the Guatemalan knockout king, who recently bested Isaiah Steen in April, is swiftly becoming a formidable figure in the 168-pound division. Meanwhile, the 30-year-old Brazilian champion Abreu, last seen in action in February on ProBox TV, will look to rebound from a loss to Darrelle Valsaint.
In the co-feature, unbeaten Najee Lopez (6-0, 5 KOs) will meet the seasoned Christopher Brooker (16-13, 6 KOs) in a super middleweight fight.
Also on the fight card, 26-year-old Keyshawn’s older brother Kelvin Davis (8-0, 5 KOs) will square off against Derrick Whitley Jr (7-3-1, 0 KOs) in a six-round welterweight battle. All in all, the night is shaping up to be a memorable showcase of boxing skill and prowess.
