Montana Love (18-0-1, 9 KO) returns home to Cleveland for his first DAZN main event, meeting Australia’s Stevie Spark (15-2, 14 KO) at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse. In the co-main event, Richardson Hitchins (14-0 6 KOs) and Yomar Alamo (20-1-1 12 Kos) square off for the vacant IBF North American super lightweight belt.
The 27-year-old American is the reigning IBF North American champion and ranks 7th in the rankings. In a previous fight, Montana Love defeated Gabriel Valenzuela at a show in Las Vegas on May 7th.
Steve Spark in his last fight in June of this year easily defeated the boxer from Thailand, Apium Hongsong, who once claimed the titles of Josh Taylor. The duel with Montana will be the 4th this year for Spark.
Promoter Eddie Hearn, in turn, paid tribute to both fighters: “This is the moment Montana has been waiting for - and now he needs to grab it with both hands. The opportunity to headline a home fight that could lead to a world title fight makes this the most important night of his life, a moment to prove that he belongs to the elite.
