Puerto Rico vs. Mexico battle on ProBoxTV! Puerto Rican super featherweight Orlando “Capu” Gonzalez (20-2, 12 KOs) faces Mexico’s Ramiro “Demon” Cesena (16-1-1, 13 KOs) in a 10-round main event at the Kissimmee Civic Center in Kissimmee, Florida.
Orlando "Capu" Gonzalez represents Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. Born and raised in this vibrant city, the twenty-seven-year-old boxer debuted professionally in 2016. Currently, on a two-fight win streak, Capu recently showcased his skills in a bout for the NABF title, facing off against the reigning world champion, Robelsy Ramirez.
Ramiro “Demon” Cesena is twenty-three years old and has been fighting professionally since 2018. Cesena is determined to bounce back from his lone defeat. In his last fight, he contended for the WBC Continental Americas title in April, seeking redemption. Before that setback, Cesena enjoyed a four-fight knockout streak, displaying his power and skill in the ring.
In the co-main event of the evening, France's Mohamed Mimoune (22-5, 3 KOs) will face off against New York's Steven Galeano (12-0, 9 KOs) in an intense 10-round super lightweight contest. Mimoune, a skilled southpaw, faced tough competition in the past, including a decision loss to Cesar Francis and a battle with Tyrone McKenna. However, his last victory came with a sensational 5th-round KO over Darren Surtees at London's York Hall.
Starting off the televised card, ProBox TV's own Darrelle Valsaint (8-0, 6 KOs) will clash with Ghana's Daniel Aduku (15-3-1, 11 KOs) in an engaging super middleweight bout scheduled for 8 rounds. Valsaint has been in fine form, securing a 2nd round knockout over Marcelo Fabian Bzowski and a decision win against Lucas de Abreu earlier this year. Aduku, looking to rebound from a 4th-round KO loss to Chordale Booker in April, will undoubtedly bring his best in this exciting encounter.
