Andy Dominguez (9-0, 6 KOs), originally from Mexico but now based in Las Vegas, is facing off against the also undefeated Mohammed Aryeetey (7-0-1, 5 KOs) from Accra, Ghana. This six-round flyweight bout will see the 25-year-old Dominguez, a three-time New York Golden Gloves champion, taking on 20-year-old Aryeetey, who hasn’t fought in nearly a year following a split draw against Filipino journeyman Jeronil Borres.
In another fight, Cruz (4-0, 0 KOs), holder of the record for most New York Golden Gloves titles at ten, goes up against Nancy Franco (19-17-2, 5 KOs) of Guadalajara, Mexico in an eight-round flyweight bout. Cruz, a local from Manhattan’s Hell's Kitchen neighborhood, turned pro in 2021 and emerged victorious from a tough bout against Amy Salinas in January. Franco, despite her inactivity since a loss to Tania Enriquez in May 2022, has battled against several women's boxing champions like Ava Knight, Seniesa Estrada, and Yesica Bopp.
Another bout in the pipeline features Famous Wilson (2-0, 1 KO) from Long Island against ex-New Jersey amateur standout and current Columbia University student Kevin Hernandez (1-0-1, 1 KO) in a four-round middleweight bout.
