Former two-division UFC champion Henry Cejudo will make his professional boxing debut against influencer boxer Nurideen Shabazz, better known as Deen The Great, on September 26 in Miami.
The bout will take place at the James L. Knight Arena and will be promoted by Misfits Boxing, with the event streaming on DAZN in the United States.
Cejudo, 39, is a former Olympic gold medalist in wrestling and previously held UFC titles in two weight classes. He retired from MMA in December and has since continued competing in wrestling. Although Cejudo has never boxed professionally, he does have amateur boxing experience and will now make the transition into the professional ring.
