Austin Brooks will headline Raineer Rumble I on July 11 at Muckleshoot Casino in Auburn, Washington, where he faces Viktor Slavinskyi in a 10-round junior lightweight main event.
Brooks (14-0-1, 6 KOs) enters unbeaten and rated No. 11 by the WBA, making this another important step in his climb toward bigger fights at 130lbs. The San Diego fighter has stayed consistent, winning five of his last six with one draw, and now gets the chance to keep pushing his world ranking.
Slavinskyi (15-4-1, 7 KOs), fighting out of Los Angeles by way of Ukraine, brings experience and a tougher record than the numbers may suggest.
The card also features Marquice Weston against Marco Delgado at cruiserweight, unbeaten Dedrick Crocklem in a six-round super featherweight bout against an opponent to be announced, and Narek Hovhannisyan facing veteran Diuhl Olguin at lightweight.
