Austin Brooks will headline Raineer Rumble I at Muckleshoot Casino in Auburn, Washington, where he faces Viktor Slavinskyi in a 10-round junior lightweight main event.
Brooks (14-0-1, 6 KOs) enters unbeaten and rated No. 11 by the WBA, making this another important step in his climb toward bigger fights at 130lbs. The San Diego fighter has stayed consistent, winning five of his last six with one draw, and now gets the chance to keep pushing his world ranking.
Slavinskyi (15-4-1, 7 KOs), fighting out of Los Angeles by way of Ukraine, brings experience and a tougher record than the numbers may suggest.
The undercard features several unbeaten prospects, including Narek Hovhannisyan against Anthony Chavez in an eight-round lightweight bout and Isaac Anguiano against Jessie Mandapat over eight rounds at bantamweight.
Samvel Gandilian will face Jose Eduardo Rojas Rodriguez in a six-round featherweight fight, while Deni Davtian is scheduled for a six-round super lightweight bout against an opponent still to be announced.
