Fast-rising super middleweight contender Jacob Bank will look to continue his momentum when he faces Paulinus Ndjolonimu in a WBC title eliminator on April 25. The bout headlines an event titled “Welcome to Valhalla,” set to take place at Sydbank Arena in Kolding, Denmark, and broadcast live on DAZN.
Bank (18-0, 10 KOs), currently rated No. 9 by The Ring at super middleweight, has been building his career steadily since turning professional in 2020. The 25-year-old has collected wins over previously unbeaten opponents including Ralfs Vilcans, Ibo Maier, and Damian Biacho, while also stopping Tyron Zeuge in five rounds.
His most notable performance came on January 31, when he broke down and stopped former IBF champion William Scull in the final round.
Ndjolonimu (20-1, 18 KOs), a 38-year-old from Namibia, enters the fight with strong knockout credentials. After winning his first 19 bouts, he suffered a majority decision loss to Simon Zachenhuber in Germany last July but returned to winning form with a 10th-round stoppage of Snamiso Ntuli.
