The Monte-Carlo Showdown returns to the Salle Des Etoiles on December 14 with a packed night of world-class boxing, broadcast live on DAZN. Headlining the event, Uzbekistan's former IBF and WBA Super-Bantamweight World Champion Murodjon Akhmadaliev (12-1, 9 KOs) will face Mexico's hard-hitting Ricardo Espinoza Franco (30-4, 25 KOs) in a clash for the interim WBA Super-Bantamweight title. Akhmadaliev, nicknamed "MJ," looks to reclaim his championship status after losing his titles in a narrow split decision to Marlon Tapales last year.

Brazilian standout Beatriz Ferreira (5-0, 2 KOs), a former amateur World Champion and Olympic silver medalist, will make her first defense of the IBF Lightweight title against Licia Boudersa (23-2-2, 4 KOs) of France. Ferreira, who captured the vacant belt earlier this year, is shifting her focus fully to the professional ranks and is eager to prove her prowess on this elite stage.

British Cruiserweight Champion Chev Clarke (10-0, 7 KOs) takes a step up as he contends for the vacant EBU European Cruiserweight title against undefeated Leonardo Mosquea (15-0, 9 KOs) of France. Clarke has had a stellar year, securing the British title and adding a victory over Efetobor Apochi in his U.S. debut. This December, he aims to cap off his breakout year with another win.

In an Ireland vs. England showdown, Gary Cully (18-1, 10 KOs) will defend his WBA Continental Lightweight title against the seasoned Maxi Hughes (27-7-2, 6 KOs). Cully, nicknamed "The Diva," looks to maintain momentum after outpointing Francesco Patera, while Hughes comes into this bout fresh off an impressive stoppage victory.
