Roger Hilley

Roger “The Hitman” Hilley is a professional boxer from Chattanooga, Tennessee, with a career built largely in front of his hometown fans. He began boxing as a teenager and developed an extensive amateur background, competing in more than 200 bouts, winning multiple titles and taking part in three Olympic qualifiers.

Hilley turned professional in 2016 and quickly established himself as a regular on the Tennessee boxing scene. He has fought most of his career in Chattanooga, including numerous appearances at the Chattanooga Convention Center, while also gaining experience on the road against a variety of opponents.

In 2023, Hilley captured the American Boxing Federation Inter-Continental lightweight title with a unanimous decision victory over Oscar Bravo. After suffering his first professional defeat against Joshua Pagan in 2024, he returned to the ring in 2025 and stopped Jerome Rodriguez in the opening round.

Hilley’s boxing journey began through Chattanooga’s Y-CAP program, which he credits with giving him discipline and direction from a young age. With years of amateur and professional experience behind him, “The Hitman” continues to pursue his long-term goal of reaching the highest levels of professional boxing and competing for a world title.
