Zuffa Boxing and Sky Sports have agreed to a new multi-year broadcast deal that will see Sky become the exclusive UK and Irish broadcaster for all Zuffa Boxing events.

The first event under the agreement will be Zuffa 5 on April 5 in Las Vegas, headlined by a junior lightweight bout between Andreas Cortes and Eridson Garcia. The deal will also bring Zuffa Boxing events regularly to UK audiences moving forward.

As part of the arrangement, Zuffa Boxing plans to stage at least five shows per year in the UK, with the first event targeted for May, as Dana White’s ambition is to grow the brand internationally while building a consistent presence in key boxing markets.

White stated that his goal is to deliver high-quality fights and reshape aspects of the sport’s structure, drawing on his experience building the UFC. He also emphasized a focus on attracting younger audiences and signing fighters with both elite ability and long-term potential.

Sky Sports, which has been involved in boxing coverage for more than three decades, expressed confidence in the partnership, highlighting a shared vision with Zuffa Boxing to develop talent and deliver major fight nights both in the UK and globally.
