William Zepeda and Lamont Roach Jr. battled for the vacant WBC lightweight title in the main event at The Theater at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, topping a Golden Boy Promotions card that also featured IBF champion Raymond Muratalla in action and several unbeaten contenders.

Zepeda delivered one of the best performances of his career, outboxing Roach over 12 rounds to capture the vacant WBC lightweight title. The Mexican contender controlled the pace with his relentless pressure and high-volume attack, earning a unanimous decision by scores of 117-111, 117-111, and 118-110. The victory lifted Zepeda to (34-1, 27 KOs), while Roach dropped to (25-2-3, 10 KOs).

In the co-main event, Raymond Muratalla successfully defended his IBF lightweight title with a wide unanimous decision over former world champion Robson Conceicao, winning by scores of 118-110, 118-110, and 119-109. Earlier on the main card, Raul Curiel defeated Quinton Randall by majority decision, while Charles Conwell stopped the previously unbeaten Paul Kroll in the ninth round after dominating the contest.

The prelims featured several impressive performances. Juan Carlos Becerril knocked out Dylan Capetillo in the third round, Joel Iriarte retained his WBA Continental Gold welterweight title with an eighth-round stoppage of Jorge Lagunas, Fabian Guzman outpointed Aaron Coley, Gael Cabrera earned a unanimous decision over Francisco Pedroza Portillo, and Dalis Kaleiopu opened the night with a first-round knockout of Yeyery Castillo.
