Jaron Ennis and Karen Chukhadzhian faced off in their final press conference ahead of their rematch set for Saturday night in Philadelphia. Ennis the undefeated IBF welterweight champion, is confident he'll make a statement in front of his hometown crowd by stopping Chukhadzhian inside the distance this time.

Reflecting on their first encounter in January 2023, where Ennis won by unanimous decision, "Boots" promised an even more dominant performance this time around. "I'm not going to lie, he's getting knocked out on Saturday," Ennis declared with confidence. "We’re gonna have some fun and put on a show for my fans. It’s my ring, he’s in my world."

For Ennis, this fight is not just about defending his title - it’s about solidifying his place at the top of the welterweight division. "After I make a big statement in knockout fashion, it’s on to the undisputed," Ennis added. "Bring me my belts." The 27-year-old has his sights set on unifying the division and is eager to challenge the top champions once he gets past Chukhadzhian.

Chukhadzhian, on the other hand, is determined to prove he’s a different fighter than he was two years ago. "I'm ready for Saturday night. We’ve been working hard and improving every day," the Ukrainian contender said. "I’m here to show my improvements, to fight him [Ennis] hard, and to become a world champion."
