A long-discussed heavyweight clash between Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua may finally be set to happen, with reports suggesting that an agreement for the fight has already been reached. The potential bout would bring together two of Britain’s most prominent heavyweights after years of speculation and failed negotiations.

For nearly a decade, fans have hoped to see Fury and Joshua meet in the ring. Previous attempts to make the fight were hindered by promotional issues, timing conflicts and other logistical challenges, despite the matchup being widely viewed as one of the biggest possible events in British boxing.

According to boxing journalist Gareth A. Davies, the fight has reportedly been agreed behind the scenes and is expected to be broadcast on Netflix. Speaking to talkSPORT, Davies said he had been informed that the deal is already signed and that both fighters are moving toward making the bout a reality.

Before the proposed showdown takes place, Joshua is expected to return to the ring this summer in a warm-up bout, with a rematch against Dillian Whyte among the possible options. Fury, meanwhile, is scheduled to make his comeback next month when he faces Russia’s Arslanbek Makhmudov.
