Longtime rivals Paul and Fury will now settle their score as they oversee what should be an exciting night of boxing. Nonetheless, there are several excellent fights to get spectators in the spirit before the big event, including a contest for the WBC cruiserweight belt.
In the co-main event, Ilunga Makabu (29-2, 25 KOs) faces Badou Jack (27-3, 16 KOs) for the WBC cruiserweight title.
After defeating Michael Cieslak, Makabu has held the title for three years. In his most recent fight, he defeated Tabiso Mchunu by a split decision to maintain his perfect record since falling to Tony Bellew in 2016.
With his strength, Jack may have the advantage in his quest to end his opponent's tenure as the cruiserweight champion. The 39-year-old is also having a successful run of victories, although despite defeating Richard Rivera by a split decision in 2022, his skill has been questioned.
Prior to this fight, the unbeaten Bader Samreen (7-0, 6 KOs) faces Viorel Simion (23-9, 9 KOs), while the unbeaten American Muhsin Cason (10-0, 7 KOs) competes against Taryel Jafarov (18-5, 17 KOs).
Ziyad Almaayouf and Janos Penzes, a novice boxing duo, get a taste of the major event thanks to YouTuber-turned-boxer Adam Saleh, who also competes on the card.
