Terence Crawford picks Conor Benn to upset Ryan Garcia

Terence Crawford believes Conor Benn will defeat Ryan Garcia when they meet for the WBC welterweight title on September 12 at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.Crawford acknowledged Garcia’s greater experience but believes Benn’s physical advantages could decide the contest.

“I think Conor has got the size and the power,” Crawford said. “I think it’s going to be an interesting fight moving forward.”

The former undisputed welterweight champion then made his prediction clear.

“I’m going to go with Conor,” Crawford said. “I think that he is going to upset him.”

Undefeated cruiserweight champion Jai Opetaia is also expected to appear in the co-main event of the September 12 card.
