Australian boxing star Skye Nicolson is set to make the third defense of her WBC featherweight title on March 22 in Sydney. Nicolson returns home for the first time since October 2022, when she posted a unanimous decision win over Krystina Jacobs. The 29-year-old southpaw from Meadowbrook, Queensland heads into this co-feature brimming with confidence following her recent victory against Raven Chapman.

Standing in her way is Tiara Brown, an unbeaten challenger from Fort Myers, Florida. Brown, 36, has been on a tear, posting a unanimous decision victory over Calista Silgado earlier this month, plus a first-round stoppage of Angi Romero in 2024. Now she’ll look to claim her first major belt on foreign soil, hoping to dethrone Nicolson in the 10-round showdown at featherweight.

Fans can expect a busy night of fights, as Australia’s former unified lightweight champion George Kambosos Jr. headlines against an opponent yet to be confirmed - potentially Daud Yordan of Indonesia. Also slated to appear on the card are local heavyweight Teremoana Jr. and WBA bantamweight titleholder Cherneka Johnson.
