Jean Pascal (36-6-1, 20 KOs), a former light heavyweight world champion, will be fighting in a 12-round IBF light heavyweight world title eliminator against German boxer Michael Eifert (11-1, 4 KOs) on March 16 of 2023 at Place Bell in Laval, Canada. DiBella Entertainment is the main promoter of the event, with the support of Groupe Yvon Michel and Jean Pascal Promotions. Additionally, Blanko Sports and SES Sports Events GmbH have also collaborated to make the event possible.

Pascal, who is 40 years old, is coming off a win by decision against Fanlong Meng, who was previously undefeated. Eifert has won 5 of his last 6 fights, with his only loss being against Tom Dzemski in 2020.

In the undercard, Mathieu Germain (21-2-1, 9 KOs), a junior welterweight, will be fighting against Steven Wilcox (24-3-1, 7 KOs) in a 10-round bout. Yoel Angeloni (1-0, 0 KOs) will be competing in a four-round bout against Alexander Calixto (1-1, 1 KO), Irish light heavyweight Joseph Ward (8-1, 4 KOs) will be returning to the ring in an eight-round fight against undefeated Mexican prospect Mario Andrade Rodriguez (7-0, 4 KOs).

Jessica Camara (10-3, 2 KOs), a former world title challenger, will be fighting against Karla Ramos Zamora (9-9-1, 2 KOs) in a 10-round bout for the IBF International junior welterweight title. Caroline Veyre (2-0, 0 KOs) and Anaelle Angerville (5-1-1, 0 KOs) will be fighting each other in a featherweight clash scheduled for six rounds and finally, undefeated bantamweight Amanda Galle (7-0-1, 1 KO) will be competing against Lorena Cruz Aispuro (4-2, 0 KOs) from Mexico in an eight-round fight.
