In the main event, Miguel Berchelt (39-3, 35 KOs) showcased his dominance against Diego Ruiz (24-8-1, 12 KOs). After controlling the first two rounds, Berchelt's victory came unexpectedly when Ruiz decided not to continue, citing a hand injury.
The co-main event of the evening was an IBF flyweight eliminator between the undefeated Angel Ayala (17-0, 7 KOs) and former world champion Felix “El Gemelo” Alvarado (39-4, 34 KOs). The bout was marred by controversy as Alvarado appeared to have done enough to secure the win. However, the judges saw it differently, awarding Ayala a unanimous decision with scores of 114-113 across the board. The confusion was further amplified when Alvarado was initially announced as the winner, only for the decision to be reversed.

Across the Atlantic, the AO Arena in Manchester, England, played host to a cruiserweight clash between Tommy Fury (10-0, 4 KOs), younger brother of WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury, and YouTuber KSI (1-1, 0 KOs). The bout was filled with drama as KSI was knocked down in the first round due to a rabbit punch by Fury, which went unpunished. However, Fury was deducted a point in the second round for a similar offense. Despite KSI’s constant clinching, Fury managed to get a win leading to a majority decision in his favor with scores of 57-57, 57-56, and 57-56.
The undercard also featured a cruiserweight bout between Logan Paul and MMA fighter Dillon Danis. The fight turned chaotic when Danis resorted to illegal moves, leading to his disqualification. Despite the hype leading up to the match, Danis failed to deliver in what was a sanctioned professional bout. The night was a testament to the unpredictability and drama that boxing consistently delivers.
