Emanuel Navarrete and Oscar Valdez will go head-to-head in their highly anticipated rematch on December 7 at the Footprint Center in Phoenix, AZ, live on ESPN. Navarrete retained his WBO super featherweight title with a unanimous decision victory over Valdez in their first bout in August 2023. Valdez, who bounced back with a TKO win over Liam Wilson in March, is determined to reclaim championship glory.

At the pre-fight press conference, both fighters reflected on their first encounter and shared their readiness for the rematch. Navarrete emphasized the lessons learned from their first clash and vowed to bring the same heart and intensity, while Valdez highlighted his preparation and the motivation gained from his comeback victory.
