It was another memorable night for boxing fans at the Madison Square Garden Theater in New York City, where a series of matchups kept the crowd on its feet. With titles and pride on the line, each fighter stepped into the ring determined to make a statement. From hot prospects to seasoned professionals, the event promised nonstop action from start to finish.

In the featured lightweight championship bout, defending champion Denys Berinchyk went up against the highly regarded 2020 Olympic Silver Medalist, Keyshawn “The Businessman” Davis. From the opening bell, Davis showcased swift movement and quick combination punching. He began to focus his attack on Berinchyk’s body, scoring a knockdown in the third round. Super welterweight standout Xander Zayas put his NABF and WBO NABO titles on the line against the previously unbeaten Slawa Spomer. Zayas seized control early, opening a cut on Spomer’s nose in the first round. Although Spomer showed flashes of offense, it was Zayas’s superior hand speed and relentless body attacks that wore him down. In the ninth, a series of clean punches forced the referee to step in at 2:01, handing Zayas the stoppage victory and another step closer to a world title shot.

Middleweights Vito “White Majic” Mielnicki, Jr. and Connor “The Kid” Coyle battled for vacant regional titles in an evenly matched ten-round clash. Coyle started strongly behind an effective jab, while Mielnicki sought to land power shots. Each man had his moments - Coyle rocked Mielnicki late in the third, and Mielnicki returned the favor in the later rounds. When the dust settled, the judges scored it a majority draw (96-94 Mielnicki, 95-95 twice), leaving both fighters with unresolved questions moving forward.

Rising lightweight southpaw Abdullah Mason delivered one of the most dominant displays of the night, stopping Manuel Jaimes in the fourth round. Mason’s crisp, accurate punching dropped Jaimes four times in total. A left uppercut in the second set the tone, and combination flurries in the third and fourth forced the referee to intervene at 1:55 of the final round.

2020 Olympian Rohan “El Rayo” Polanco squared off against Juan Carlos “Lobo” Torres for the vacant WBO Continental welterweight title. Polanco wasted no time asserting himself, scoring a knockdown in the opening minute of the first round. Torres was again sent to the canvas in the second, ultimately prompting the referee to wave off the contest at 1:48.

Middleweight Nico Ali Walsh, the grandson of the legendary Muhammad Ali, looked to continue his development against Juan Carlos “El Fresero” Guerra, Jr. Guerra came out aggressively, swarming Ali Walsh early and finding success with overhand rights. Ali Walsh had his moments, especially with uppercuts to the body in the middle rounds, but Guerra’s pressure and better accuracy down the stretch earned him a split decision victory (58-56, 56-58, 58-56).

In one of the most explosive finishes of the night, 2024 Olympian Juanma “Juanmita” Lopez DeJesus electrified the arena with a first-round knockout of Brian Santiago. DeJesus uncorked a well-timed left uppercut just under a minute into the fight, sending Santiago crashing to the canvas. With Santiago unable to beat the count, DeJesus celebrated a dream start to his professional career and demonstrated his potential as a future attraction.

Welterweight Keon “Juice Man” Davis put on an impressive display of body punching en route to a second-round stoppage of Ira Johnson. After controlling the opening round, Davis found his mark with a punishing right to the midsection, dropping Johnson for the first count. Moments later, a swift left hook to the body caused the referee to call a halt at 1:38. Davis’s aggressive style and natural power continue to garner attention in the early stage of his career.

In the final fight of the night, heavyweight Jared “The Real Big Baby” Anderson returned to winning ways with a ten-round unanimous decision over Marios Kollias. Anderson switched between southpaw and orthodox stances, controlling much of the contest but also absorbing a few heavy shots that tested his chin. Despite late-round efforts by Kollias, Anderson’s higher punch volume and ring generalship led to comfortable scorecards of 99-91 (twice) and 98-92, securing his rebound victory and setting the stage for a push back into contention.
