Manny Pacquiao has emerged victorious in his legal battle against combat sports agent Audie Attar and his Paradigm Sports Management. The eight-division world champion from the Philippines was officially declared the winner after the Orange County Superior Court reversed a previous verdict that had awarded Attar and Paradigm $5.1 million in damages for breach of contract.

The court's decision, issued by Judge Walter Schwarm, overturned the initial ruling by finding that Attar, who represents former UFC champion Conor McGregor, was not licensed as a manager under California law. This critical detail led the court to declare the contract between Pacquiao and Paradigm void due to illegality.

Pacquiao's adviser, Sean Gibbons, confirmed the victory late Sunday night. "Knockout complete!" Gibbons texted.

The legal dispute originally centered around negotiations between Pacquiao and Paradigm, with a potential boxing match against McGregor being one of the key points of discussion. However, the court's ruling has now put an end to the case, clearing Pacquiao of any wrongdoing.
