Richardson Hitchins is brimming with confidence as he prepares to challenge Liam Paro for the IBF junior welterweight title this Saturday at Coliseo Roberto Clemente in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The unbeaten contender believes he has the tools to not only win but to stop Paro, live on DAZN.

"I'm on a different level," Hitchins stated. "I feel I am the better fighter, the better boxer. I’ve got the tools, the experience, and the skills to prove it. When you look at my journey - from the amateurs to the Olympics and fighting undefeated prospects and ex-world champions - you’ll understand why I’m confident."

Hitchins has studied Paro’s style closely, acknowledging the champion’s cleverness and strong left hand but dismissing him as a threat. "Paro is a dirty fighter, and he’s crafty. He’s gained experience, especially from the Matías fight, but my style is completely different. He hasn’t seen someone like me."

The Brooklyn native is also eyeing a possible knockout. "I can really see me getting the KO," Hitchins predicted. "He’s been dropped and hurt before, but I don’t think anyone he’s faced has my accuracy. It’s not just about power; it’s about being precise. That’s what will make the difference."
