Thunder Studios in Long Beach hosted “Pugilist Revolution,” with Ashton Sylve and Joseph “JoJo” Diaz meeting in the main event of a DAZN-streamed card.

In the main event, Ashton Sylve defeated Joseph Diaz by unanimous decision over 10 rounds. Sylve used his speed, movement, and cleaner punching to control distance, while Diaz pressed forward and stayed competitive throughout. The judges scored the fight 98-92, 97-93, and 97-93 for Sylve.

In the co-feature, Devin Cushing remained unbeaten with a unanimous decision over J’Hon Ingram. Cushing started well and hurt Ingram in the second round, but Ingram came back strongly in the middle rounds and made the fight competitive. Cushing finished better down the stretch and won by scores of 97-93 on all three cards.

Ernesto Mercado continued his knockout run with a second-round stoppage of veteran Juan Carlos Burgos. Mercado dropped Burgos twice in round two, finishing the fight at 2:40 and handing Burgos the first knockout loss of his career.

At middleweight, Amir Anderson won the vacant WBC Silver title with a unanimous decision over Jonas Sylvain. Anderson adjusted after a competitive start, took control through the middle rounds, and swept the cards by scores of 100-90.

Elsewhere, David Lopez stopped Joey Borrero in the first round, while Kayla Gomez won her professional debut with a four-round unanimous decision over Shayntain Creer. Ethan Smith, Daniel Mercado, and Kevin Gudino were also in action on the card.
