Golden Boy Promotions is set to host a sensational boxing event on December 2 at the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas, headlined by the much-anticipated super lightweight bout between “King” Ryan Garcia (23-1, 19 KOs) and the formidable Oscar “La Migraña” Duarte (26-1-1, 21 KOs). This event, streamed globally on DAZN, is part of Golden Boy’s commitment to delivering top-tier boxing matchups.
The co-main event will mark the U.S. debut of London’s Ohara “Two Tanks” Davies (25-2, 18 KOs) under the Golden Boy banner. He faces a stiff challenge in El Tigre, Venezuela’s Ismael Barroso (24-4-2, 22 KOs), in a 12-round fight for the WBA Super Lightweight Interim World Championship, adding international flair to the evening.
Also featured on the DAZN card is WBA Lightweight International Champion Floyd “Kid Austin” Schofield (15-0, 11 KOs) from Austin, Texas. Schofield will put his title on the line against Ricardo “Explosivo” Torres (17-7-3, 12 KOs) of Tijuana, Mexico, in a 10-round clash. Kicking off the DAZN card, Houston’s own Darius Fulghum (8-0, 8 KOs) will look to impress his hometown crowd in an eight-round light heavyweight battle against Pachino “Chino” Hill (8-4-1, 6 KOs) of Davenport, Iowa. Fulghum’s performance will be a highlight, as this will be his sixth fight in 2023.
