In an intense night of boxing at the Resorts World Arena in Birmingham, Tyler Denny was squaring off against Felix Cash for the EBU European middleweight title.
Cash started strong, outworking Denny in the first round. However, a cut on Cash’s right eyelid in the second round and a clash of heads in the fifth sealed his fate. The referee called in the ring physician, who halted the bout, resulting in scores of 49-46 and 49-47 twice in favor of Denny.
In the co-feature, WBO Inter-Continental champion Lewis "The Croc" Crocker narrowly defeated Conah "The Wolf" Walker over 10 rounds. The fight saw back-and-forth action with Walker having a slight edge early on. However, a controversial point deduction for a low blow in the ninth round shifted the momentum. Crocker took advantage and secured the victory with scores of 96-93 twice and 95-94.
Cameron Vuong outclassed Jeff Ofori in a super lightweight bout, winning a unanimous decision over 10 rounds. Vuong controlled the fight with his jab and movement, although Ofori had his moments, especially in the middle rounds. The final scores were 99-91, 98-92, and 95-95, reflecting Vuong’s dominance.
In a disputed split decision, Shannon Ryan lost to Emma Dolan for the vacant BBBofC British and Commonwealth Boxing Council super flyweight titles. Despite being knocked down in the second round, Ryan rallied back and dominated the later rounds. The judges scored the bout 95-94 Ryan, 96-93 Dolan, and 96-94 Dolan, sparking controversy over the decision.
Other notable fights included Hamza Uddin dominating Giulio Commerso over six rounds, and Ibraheem "Spider" Sulaimaan stopping Jesus Gonzalez in the second round of their lightweight bout. Super bantamweight Muhammad Mustafa Ali fought to a draw with Kelvin Madjid over six rounds, and heavyweight Emanuel Odiase knocked out Kevin Masirika in the fourth round.
