Pierce O'Leary put his IBO super lightweight title on the line against Mark Chamberlain in the main event at Dublin's 3Arena, topping a Queensberry Promotions card that also featured title fights and several unbeaten prospects in action.

Chamberlain produced the biggest win of his career, stopping O'Leary in the 10th round to capture the IBO super lightweight title. The fight featured plenty of drama, with Chamberlain scoring knockdowns in the second and third rounds before O'Leary answered with one of his own in the seventh. Chamberlain regained complete control late, dropping the champion again before the referee halted the contest at 1:37 of Round 10, improving his record to (18-1-1, 13 KOs). O'Leary suffered the first defeat of his career, falling to (19-1, 11 KOs).

In the chief support bout, Royston Barney-Smith remained unbeaten with a dominant unanimous decision over Reece Bellotti, claiming the vacant IBO Intercontinental super featherweight title by scores of 98-92, 100-90, and 99-91. Steven Cairns continued his rise by stopping Senan Kelly in the fifth round, while Ben Fail knocked out Craig O'Brien with a straight left in the fifth. Heavyweight prospect Adam Olaniyan also stayed perfect, stopping Deepak Pathak in the second round.

Earlier on the prelims, Gary Cully knocked out Lee Reeves in the 10th round, Bobbi Flood stopped Tariq Davis in four rounds, John Joe Carrigan halted Sean Murray in the third, Machlan Arthur defeated Ryan Frost by fourth-round TKO, Sean McComb outpointed Miguel Cesario Antin, and Sami Hamed earned a points victory over Bela Istvan Orban.
