Devin Haney is reportedly close to signing directly with DAZN, which could complicate Zuffa Boxing’s plans for Shakur Stevenson.

Haney has been viewed as one of Stevenson’s biggest potential opponents, but a direct DAZN agreement would place the two fighters under separate promotional and broadcast structures.

A fight could still happen through cross-platform cooperation or outside financing from Turki Alalshikh, who has previously shown a willingness to bring rival sides together for major events.

Stevenson recently signed with Zuffa after defeating Teofimo Lopez. Without Haney immediately available, possible opponents such as Lamont Roach Jr. and Gary Antuanne Russell may offer competitive fights but less commercial appeal.

Gervonta Davis remains another major option, although his inactivity has reduced some of the momentum surrounding that matchup.
