Curmel Moton and Jimuel Pacquiao Jnr now have opponents locked in for their February 28 appearances at Turning Stone Resort Casino in Verona, New York with Manny Pacquiao Promotions confirming that Moton will face Wilfredo Flores, while Pacquiao Jnr takes on Luis E. Santana Figueroa.

Moton (8-0, 6 KOs), the 19-year-old Las Vegas prospect, returns in a 10-round welterweight bout. After debuting at featherweight, Moton most recently weighed 138lbs in an eight-round unanimous decision win over Renny Viamonte Mastrapa. Flores (12-6-1, 5 KOs), a 36-year-old Puerto Rican based in North Tonawanda, New York, is coming off a unanimous decision loss to Mathew Gonzalez. He has previously shared the ring with Breyon Gorham, Alan Garcia and Gary Cully, with Cully the only fighter to stop him.

Pacquiao Jnr, 25, looks to secure his first professional victory after a majority draw against Brendan Lally in his November debut. The son of Hall-of-Fame boxer Manny Pacquiao will face 29-year-old Figueroa over four rounds. Figueroa, from Las Piedras, Puerto Rico, will fight outside his home country for the first time and has competed once annually over the past two years.

The card is headlined by a 10-round featherweight bout between Elijah Pierce and Lorenzo Parra. “These fights represent key moments in the careers of two rising stars,” said Brendan Gibbons, matchmaker for Manny Pacquiao Promotions. “Jimuel and Curmel have earned the opportunity to test themselves against skilled opposition, and we expect both men to put on memorable performances as they push toward future title contention.”
