Yesterday, the fight night started with an exhibition bout of KSI (4-0-1, 3 KOs) and Faze Temper at Wembley Arena in London and later continued with a heavyweight contest where Efe Ajagba (17-1, 13 KOs) faced Stephan Shaw (18-1, 13 KOs).

In the first one, KSI defeated FaZe Temper in the opening round of their Misfits Boxing main event.

Temper, who filled in for Dillon Danis on short notice, did a good job, but KSI has been training — and training fairly seriously — for too long. KSI bumped into a few shots, but nothing was on them, so he was happy to walk past them and look for his opening. He found it and used his right hand and left hook to crack Temperrr, putting him on the canvas. The count was not answered quickly enough, resulting in the KO.

In the other event of the day, heavyweight contender Efe Ajagba triumphed over Stephan Shaw by unanimous decision in a 10-round fight in Verona, New York. Six rounds to four, all three judges gave the identical performance a 96-94 score.

Ajagba was the aggressor and outworked Shaw, including hundreds of jabs that kept Shaw at a distance for the majority of the fight despite the fact that neither boxer landed many eye-catching punches.

In the co-main event, Jonathan Rice (16-6-1, 11 KOs) knocked out Guido Vianello (10-1, 9 KOs) via technical knockout after the Italian was unable to continue due to an injury to his left eye in the seventh round.

In the undercard contest between two resurgent featherweight contenders, Abraham Nova (22-1, 15 KOs) knocked out Adam Lopez (16-3, 6 KOs) twice en route to winning by majority decision.
