The Coliseo Roberto Clemente in San Juan, Puerto Rico, hosted an electrifying night of boxing, headlined by Richardson Hitchins squaring off with Liam Paro for IBF North American, WBC Silver, and WBO NABO super lightweight titles.

In the main event, Richardson Hitchins retained his titles with a close split-decision win over former IBF super lightweight champion Liam Paro. The early rounds saw Paro out-landing Hitchins and finding success with a right cross in the fourth round. Hitchins, however, turned the tide by the fifth, drawing blood from Paro's nose and landing more effectively as the fight progressed. The final rounds saw Hitchins slightly outwork Paro, earning scores of 116-112 twice in his favor, while one judge controversially scored it 117-111 for Paro.
