Adrien Broner is facing a new legal issue after a judge issued a warrant for his arrest in connection with an alleged trespassing incident at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Florida.
According to court documents cited by TMZ, Broner allegedly returned to the casino in April 2024 despite police saying he had been issued a lifetime ban from the property in August 2023. He was arrested at the time and charged with criminal trespass.
The case has remained unresolved for more than two years, and a warrant has now been issued for the former four-division world champion’s arrest.
If convicted, Broner could potentially face jail time, although the possible sentence depends on the classification of the charge. Under Florida law, misdemeanor trespass can carry penalties ranging from up to 60 days to one year in jail. More serious circumstances can elevate the offense, but there is no indication in the available information that Broner was armed during the alleged incident.
Broner has not publicly responded to the latest development.
